cabins offer a range of facilities and an elegant ambiance. Freshly renovated in 2014/2013, Oriental Sails’s deluxe cabins are tastefully designated under the inspiration of oriental architecture combined with modern one. The colors brown and yellow create cozy and elegant atmosphere.
The cabins are designed and fitted international standards, featuring a rich wooden décor, with large windows from which to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Bai Tu Long Bay. At 14.5 square meters, each cabin includes two twin beds or one comfortable bed with luxuriant lines ensures you a restful sleep in style. Especially, our Oriental Sails II contains one room with three different beds which can accommodate up to three passengers and suit for a family or a group of friends. Equipped with high quality amenities, deluxe cabins provide worry-free stays for guests with a full emergency equipment kit and fire alarm system installed in each room.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 4 years old: Free of charge (FOC). Stay and sharing room and other serivces on board with adults. Maximum 01 (one) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC.
Children from 4 to 7 years of age are charged 50%, sharing a room and other services with parents.
Children from 7 to 12 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a room other services with parents.
Children from 12 years old will be considered adult
Every child must be registered upon check in
PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit 30% required to guarantee the services. We will send the Deposited confirmation once the money transfer success.
The balance will be paid one (01) day before the travel date.

CANCELATION POLICY
Any changes / amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each cancelled cabin as per the following percentages:
– Notify more than 20-30 days prior to arrival: no charge
– Notify within 30 -7 days of arrival date: 10% charge
– Notify within 6 – 3 days of arrival date: : 50% charge
– Notify within 3 days of arrival date: full charge booking
Any notification of cancellation in writing must be sent by email to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE CASE OF BAD WEATHER IN HALONG BAY/LAN HA BAY
The cancellation decision is made by the Governement of Halong bay/ Lan Ha bay on the day trip if the weather come to bad and the cruises are not permitted to run to the Halong/Lan Ha bay. In this case , only the used services should be requested to pay, and the rest of payment will be refunded in accordance with the cruise policy or we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request.
08:00 – 08:30: Pick-up at hotel and start the 3 hour-and-a-half drive to Hong Gai Tourist Wharf, check in Oriental Sails JSC’s private waiting hall – The OS Lounge. 12:15 – 12:45: Embark on Oriental Sail Cruise by transfer boat. Listen to cruise briefing and receive room key. 13:00 – 15:30: Savor a delectable lunch as Oriental Sail Cruise further along the limestone islands of Bai Tu Long Bay, heading to Vung Vieng fishing village – one of the largest fishing villages in Halong Bay to see the life of local fishermen. – Option 1: Take a bamboo rowing boat trip around Vung Vieng Fishing Village. – Option 2: Take kayak and go kayaking by yourself with help and instruction of tour guide around the Village. 17:30 – 18:00: Return to Oriental Sail Cruise and have bath then relax as the sun starts to set. Enjoy the Happy Hour at the bar and on the sun deck while cooking demonstration is organizing. 19:00: Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, night squid fishing or just laze around. – Visit Thien Canh Son Cave– the medium size and less visited cave in Bai Tu Long Bay. 09:30: Check-out room. Luggage can be delivered to the reception area. 09:30 – 11:00: Head back to the Harbor.
