Oasis Bay Cruise offers 18 cabins for a maximum of 40 passengers. All suites and cabins are designed and equipped to international 4-Star standard. The outdoor Jacuzzi is one of the unique features on the ship which differentiates it from others.
The main construction material of the ship is precious local timbers. This creates a warm and natural ambience different from what you find aboard the more common steel-construction vessels. The interior design features characteristics of Eastern culture such as wooden floors and walls, handcrafted ceramic artworks, rattan and bamboo furniture all in a theme colour of rich dark brown.

• Eve of 24 December/ 31 December/Lunar New Year: Surcharge US$40/ adult and US$30/child
• Shuttle bus : US$ 25/person for round way (for adults and children). Children under 3 years old: Free (share seat with parents).

CHILDREN POLICY

• Children under 4 years old: Free of charge (FOC). Stay and sharing room and other serivces on board with adults. Maximum 01 (one) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC.
• Children from 4 to 7 years of age are charged 50%, sharing a room and other services with parents.
• Children from 7 to 12 years of age are charged 75%, sharing a room other services with parents.
• Children from 12 years old will be considered adult
• Every child must be registered upon check in

PAYMENT POLICY

• Deposit 30% required to guarantee the services. We will send the Deposited confirmation once the money transfer success.
• The balance will be paid one (01) day before the travel date.

CANCELATION POLICY

Any changes / amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each cancelled cabin as per the following percentages:

– Notify more than 20-30 days prior to arrival: no charge

– Notify within 30 -7 days of arrival date: 10% charge

– Notify within 6 – 3 days of arrival date: : 50% charge

– Notify within 3 days of arrival date: full charge booking

Any notification of cancellation in writing must be sent by email to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE CASE OF BAD WEATHER IN HALONG BAY/LAN HA BAY

The cancellation decision is made by  the Governement of Halong bay/ Lan Ha bay on the day trip if the weather come to bad and the cruises are not permitted  to run to the Halong/Lan Ha bay. In this case ,  only the used services  should be requested to pay, and the rest of payment will be refunded in accordance with the cruise policy or we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request.
